• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure provider used to host our form submission processing services (AWS Lambda, Asia-Pacific region).
• Email Service Provider: Used to send notification emails to our team when form submissions are received.
• Google reCAPTCHA: Used for spam protection on our forms. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

6. International Data Transfers

As some of our data processors (notably Airtable) are based in the United States, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, to protect your data in accordance with GDPR requirements.

• Contact Us submissions: We retain your data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it will be securely deleted unless further retention is required for ongoing business communications.
• Job Application submissions: We retain your data for up to 12 months from the date of submission to consider you for future opportunities. After this period, your data will be securely deleted unless you provide renewed consent for extended retention.
